You will have access to specifically designed gym plans or home workouts if you do not have access to a gym. Your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE) will be calculated specifically for you and you will be given nutritional guidance too.
The nutritional guidance you will be given is designed to help you achieve the goals discussed in your fitness plan. If you veer far from the nutrition plan this will have an impact on how fast you can achieve the target weight and fitness levels
Before we get started on your fitness plan you’ll need to discuss with Jay the sort of levels of fitness you’re hoping to achieve and how that connects to any other goals, such as building strength, improving mobility or aiding weight loss.
Jay will guide you through the 6 week program, keep you motivated and encourage you until you reach your goals.
Following the course, you’ll need to keep up the nutritional changes you’ve made to your diet, as well as maintain an exercise regime. Jay will advise you on how to do that.
